I haven't read the book or the one before it but I really should since she works in one of my all time favorite ubs. Well in one of their branches that I haven't been too....

But ha ha paranormal generally isn't my thing. MJD was the only one and now Erin McCarthy because I am on a EM kick. But yikes, if Harriet’s is the only good review you could find to quote. I like to read giggles but I hardly ever agree with her.

After reading RMVH I would say the 37 is overly generous. It was poorly written, POV was handled badly and it was dull. And I'm a fan of the genre.

I'm with Karen. HK puts me off any book - she'd love a Haiku written on a cereal box if she got it for free.

I love Mrs Giggles too - she's a riot.

Jesus Christ, quoting Harriet's review just made me automatically err on the side of Mrs G's review! Talk about the kiss of death.

Even though I rarely agree with her reviews, I'll probably stick with Mrs G's assessment of the book.

Besides, I'm off paranormals at the moment.

I thought this was a fun read, it's chock full of pop culture refrences, keeping track of them kept me very entertained, though I have to agree, the heroine is at times spineless and the hero is a bit of a jackass.
