It was not easy making the devil a romantic hero, indeed. But he thinks of himself in the Greek tradition as Hades, god of final justice, which does make it a little more interesting, I think, to imagine how he sees himself vs how the world accepts him. He's conflicted, dark, and Kate is the light that he craves. I hope you pick it up and enjoy- it's out now!
