Tod Goldberg’s Burn Notice
My friend Tod’s newest book came out this week. This one is different from his other books. It’s based on the awesome television show Burn Notice. Hence the title of Tod’s book…Burn Notice: The Fix. Clever, huh?
Go buy the book. In fact, buy a few copies for your friends. And I’m not just saying that because Tod’s wife Wendy is a dear friend and the only person I let read my books in the draft stage, or even because Tod is coming to my house today. Nope. I’m saying it because the book is damn good. Witty and clever, just like the show.

It must be a sign. I recently wrote a post where at least eight people told me I have to watch Burn Notice. I’ve caught some of it but never really followed up - now I have to watch the show *and* go find the book!

Burn Notice is one of my fav summer shows. Bruce Campbell is so funny! And Jeffrey Donovan’s not too bad himself.
I’m going to have to check this out …

The book captures the same tone as the show. Buy it.
Angie-la - Definitely. I think he got a three-book deal to write Burn Notice books. I know there will be at least one more because he’s writing it right now. My guess is that this is just the beginning.
And I love the B&N coupons! Borders has some great ones too.

I love the show Burn Notice, so I’ll have to give your friend’s book a try. I too love my coupons from B&N and Borders. I can always get extra books because of the savings.
