My hubby has been training for his first 10K race. He’s always been in great shape. Now he’s…superhuman. He ran the 10K on Saturday and rocked it.

Good job, honey!

by limecello July 26th, 2009 at 2:34 pmAnd congratulations to him! I don’t think I could ever run a 10K
WHoo Hooo! Great job to HK’s hubby.
I’m starting to doubt I’ll be able to finish the 5k I’ve signed up for in October. It’s gonna kill. 10k is beyond contemplation.

by Jill Sorenson July 27th, 2009 at 10:17 amCongrats to your hubby, HelenKay! I’m a runner myself so know what a great accomplishment that is. Can a half marathon be far behind?
by Robin July 27th, 2009 at 11:53 amCongrats to your husband.
by Jane July 27th, 2009 at 12:58 pmWow. Seeing myself like that is, um, different. Thanks, all, especially HK. My goal, other than a half-marathon, is to have HK cross the finish line at next year’s 10K with me.
by HelenKay's Husband July 27th, 2009 at 1:29 pmCongrats that is great.
by Judy F July 27th, 2009 at 1:51 pmKinda late, but better late than never!! Congrats to the hubby!! That is an awesome feat he did!!! ((((Clapping for him and screaming “YOU GO HUBBY”)))
by Cecile July 27th, 2009 at 3:01 pmAnd what a cutie too!!!
The hubby is a total hottie. And he cooks too!
Me running a 10K? Yeah, not going to happen. Like Sasha, I’m wondering how I’m going to survive the 5K I plan to run this fall.
by HelenKay July 27th, 2009 at 3:32 pmCongrats HelenKay’s hubby! I’m hoping to make it through the 5K a group of my friends want to run in October or November. I can easily walk miles, but running is something else.
by Liza July 28th, 2009 at 2:28 pmCongrats to your hubby, HelenKay!
